What do I do if I'm a Canadian user but I've created a United States account?

Unfortunately, if you've created a United States currency account and you're a Canadian user, you'll need to recreate your account and make sure you select Canada currency on the sign-up page. If you've already started collecting funds, please contact us so we can determine the best way to handle these payments. If you need to use the same email address that you already used when you created the USD account, contact us and we can help free up that email address so you can reuse it when recreating your account.
