View and manage your sign ups

Organizers can access robust reporting of their completed sign ups. They can view this reporting online, download it or even print it.

View sign ups on your collection

You can view your sign up information both online as well as offline by downloading spreadsheet or pdf reports, by taking the following steps:

  1. From the Manage view, click on the "Forms & Sign Ups" tab. Here you'll see a table with your forms, waivers and sign ups showing the number of respondents on each. You can click on the three-dot icon to the right of each sign up to download a pdf report, edit your sign up, or view responses for that specific sign up. 
  2. To view detailed sign up information online, click the Sign Up name, which will show you detailed sign up information filtered by default "by Spot". 
  3. If you are looking at a “Sign Up Schedule”, you can use the drop down at the top to change the filter to be viewed "by Date". You will also see the option to "Download Responses" at the top of this view, which will export your sign up reporting into a .csv file (spreadsheet). 
  4. Once those selections are made, you'll see data generated that shows all corresponding information related to that sign up. You can proceed to do this for different sign ups as necessary.

Manually fill spots on behalf of someone else

Organizers can now fill sign up spots on behalf of participants directly from the Manage view. This is helpful for organizers who are collecting sign ups offline or need to assist participants with limited access.

To manually fill a spot for someone else:

  1. From the Manage view, click the Forms & Sign Ups tab.
  2. Locate the sign up you want to update and click the three-dot icon to the right.
  3. Select Manually Fill Spots from the dropdown.
  4. In the window that appears, enter the name and email address of the participant. Optional: Choose whether or not to send them an email confirmation.
  5. Adjust the quantity for each spot you want this person to fill.
  6. Click Save. A confirmation will appear, and the filled spots will now show in your sign up report.
