Customize and share your participant fundraising page

If you’ve been invited to be a participant in a Cheddar Up peer-to-peer fundraiser, rest assured, this is going to be easy! You can look forward to simplicity, elegance and transparency. Read on to learn everything you need to know to be a successful fundraiser!

Customize your participant fundraising page

You either received an email invitation or instructions to register at a specific URL - both will result in you receiving an email invitation with a link to access and customize your personal fundraising page. Here’s what to do next:

  1. Click “Get Started” in your email invitation.

  2. This will take you to the edit mode of your personal fundraising page, where you can customize your page to make it your own! This typically includes the ability to edit your avatar photo, upload a personal video or image, and add a message to your supporters. Be sure to click the teal “View Page” button to preview your page along the way.

Share your fundraising page

Once your page is just how you want it, click the orange “Share Your Page Link” button and copy the URL for your fundraising page. Then share your page with your network! Get creative…consider sending emails, text messages, maybe even a social post to spread the word and tap your network!

Track your progress

You can view your fundraising page to track your progress 24/7. Your fundraising page will display your total collected as well as each of your donors and their donation amounts - and possibly even some words of encouragement from your friends and donors!

Record your completed activity (on some fundraisers)

Some organizers may give you control to record your completed activity (e.g., laps run, pages read, etc.). If your group organizer has turned on this functionality for your fundraiser, you will see a field to record your completed activity on your fundraising page (this will need to be done within a certain timeframe so look for a reminder both in your inbox as well as on your fundraising page).

Common Questions

What if I lost my email invite that allows me to edit my personal fundraising page?

Ask your group organizer to either send you the self-registration link (where you can enter your email address and receive an email giving you access to your fundraising page) or to resend your email invite.
