Point-of-sale settings

By default, signature at point-of-sale is disabled for a more streamlined checkout experience. Organizers can enable signatures within Point-of-Sale settings on their iOS and Android mobile app. 

Enable signature

Customer signatures can be included as part of the point-of-sale experience on the Cheddar Up mobile apps. Organizers can enable signature on POS checkout by taking the following steps: 

  1. Log into your Cheddar Up mobile app.
  2. Click the gear icon in the lower right bottom navigation.
  3. Click “Point of Sale”.
  4. Toggle on “Require signature at checkout”.
