By default, signature at point-of-sale is disabled for a more streamlined checkout experience. Organizers can enable signatures within Point-of-Sale settings on their iOS and Android mobile app.
Customer signatures can be included as part of the point-of-sale experience on the Cheddar Up mobile apps. Organizers can enable signature on POS checkout by taking the following steps:
- Log into your Cheddar Up mobile app.
- Click the gear icon in the lower right bottom navigation.
- Click “Point of Sale”.
- Toggle on “Require signature at checkout”.
