Common Questions

How do I find my brand's custom sign-up page?

If you don't know the URL for your brand's custom sign-up page, please contact our Support team at friendlysupport@cheddarup.com and they'll point you in the right direction!

What if I don't see my brand's custom product catalogs?
If you don't see your brand's custom product catalogs, you may have signed up without your brand's custom tools. These are a VITAL part of what makes creating an online sample sale so easy. If this is the case, please contact our Support team at friendlysupport@cheddarup.com and they will help get them added.
What if I signed up from Cheddar Up's normal sign-up page?
No problem! If you accidentally created a Cheddar Up account from our general sign-up page, just contact the Cheddar Up Support team (friendlysupport@cheddarup.com) and they can add your brand's custom tools to your existing account.
Can I move items from one sale page to another sale page?
Yes, you can. To do this, you'll want to use our bulk actions features within the Items step of your sale builder. Simply select the items you wish to move by using the checkboxes to the left of each item. Then select "Move to" in the top navigation (by the other bulk action tools). Then you'll be able to select the collection where you want to move your items. Read this blog to learn more about this functionality and and other helpful features.
